Our Limited Release Semillon 2018
The fruit for the 2018 vintage was sourced from a vineyard situated along the banks of Jacob’s Creek. The vineyard is almost directly opposite the Jacob's Creek brand home in the Barossa Valley. This single vineyard wine comes from 39 year old vines planted in 1979.
A high-quality Semillon from the Barossa Valley, a region renowned for this style of wine. Perfect for enjoying now but will also reward patience.

Now to 2028
The growing season started well with slightly higher than average rainfall. A warmer Spring lead to drier soils and good fruit set. As Semillon thrives in warm and dry climates, January and February saw perfect conditions, leading to an excellent vintage for Barossa Semillon.
Grapes from a single vineyard on the banks of Jacob’s Creek were fermented cold in stainless steel, using cultured yeast strains, to retain the bright citrus fruits and refreshing high acidity.
