Gramp's Botrytis Semillon 2013
OVERVIEW An outstanding example of high quality Botrytis Semillon produced from the Riverina grape growing region of NSW. The wine is complex and luscious and the ideal vintage conditions for Botrytis in 2013 make this wine a great example of the style. \
COLOUR Bright rich golden yellow.
AROMA Attractive aromas of apricot and orange marmalade, with nuances of cedar and cinnamon spice due to French oak barrels.
TASTE Luscious toffee, fig and orange blossom honey fill the palate. The rich fruit is counterbalanced with subtleties of oak and a soft citrusy acid which adds length to the palate, and gives an overall elegance and finesse to the finish.
ENJOY WITH Strong cheese, dried fruits and other local produce.
